About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled LPN to join our team as a Medication Care Manager at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Medication Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and services to our residents by administering medications and treatments in a safe and organized manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments to residents according to their individual needs and treatment plans.
- Review and document resident medication lists, including any changes or updates.
- Conduct Service and Health Updates as directed by the Resident Care Director.
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and monthly updates.
Requirements:
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
