About the Role
As an Ambassador, you’ll be the face of our brand, showcasing products, engaging with customers, and driving sales through live demos. This is an independent, on-site role with flexible weekly hours based on client needs.
- 1099 Contractor Role (Transitioning to W2 in mid-2025)
- Weekend work shifts between 9 AM – 2 PM or 2 PM – 6 PM
- Training provided – Paid live video training before you start
- Must be comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for reporting
What We’re Looking For
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) required
- Sales-driven mindset – ability to meet and exceed sales goals
- Strong communicator & independent problem solver
- Passion for hair care is a plus - hair care is our largest client
- Professional, well-groomed appearance
- Ability to stand for 3–6 hours, lift up to 25 lbs, and travel locally
Uniform & Equipment
- All-black professional attire (shirt, pants, shoes, hat, apron)
- Ability to provide your own table, tablecloth, or demo equipment (reimbursed)
