Ohlinger Industries is a leader in component repair for the commercial and military aviation industries. The company is well established and has been operating in the Phoenix area for over 60 years.
We are currently looking for an Order Entry Administrator to join our team. Main responsibilities include reviewing customer purchase orders, creating sales orders and generating shop work orders.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Accurate data entry of all transactions
· Unpacking and receiving in aerospace components
· Background working with ERP systems
· Knowledgeable in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word
· Ability to read, understand and work to procedures and work instructions
· Careful handling of aircraft parts to ensure no damage
· 6-month experience in a manufacturing setting preferred
· High commitment to focus and detail orientated
· Adhere to applicable safety policies
Schedule:
· Day Shift
· 10-hour shift (Monday – Thursday)
· Opportunity for overtime may be available as needed
