Job Responsibilities
The Production Technician/Operator plays a critical role at Ohly, responsible for safe and efficient operation of equipment and systems to produce Specialty Powders and Yeast Extracts. This includes Spray Dryers, Evaporators, Dry and Liquid blenders, Packaging, Separators/Centrifuges, and CIP systems.
The ideal candidate will possess attention to detail, organization skills, and the ability to quickly identify and resolve problems within a team. They will also be self-motivated, have high school or equivalent education, and be able to maintain certification to operate a forklift. Additional requirements include being able to lift and/or move 50 lbs, frequently stand, climb, sit, reach, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and use hands to manipulate tools, objects, and controls.
