CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS
Key role in working with the customer as needed.
- Reps can grow into various parts of the company support.
- The day to day updates, tracking and management of the ticket system.
- Ensuring proper receipt and update of any new or existing/ongoing issues.
- Ability to assess, review and reply appropriately to customers.
- Getting details and answers to update the client.
- Follow up on tickets pending response.
- From these task, a customer rep can work on the actual application. Answering questions, training, providing training documentation, diagrams or assistance.
