Responsibilities
- Support cross-functional teams to deliver foundational AI/ML program objectives on time and within budget.
- Develop and manage program plans, dependencies, and timelines, ensuring alignment with individual projects.
- Ensure that related data assets and models are discoverable and re-usable for multiple projects.
- Track program progress and performance metrics, identifying and addressing potential roadblocks.
- Manage resource allocation and utilization across program projects.
- Ensure projects meet quality standards and contribute to overall program goals.
- Lead risk management activities for the foundational AI/ML program.
- Attend and support team scrum and planning ceremonies.
Required
- Scrum certification would be nice to have, not required
- 2-4 years minimum experience in a program management role
- Experience with JIRA is required
- Experience with risk management also nice to have
- Comfortability with AI/ML processes would be helpful
- Prior Nike experience preferred
