- Location: United States Attorney’s Office Northern District of Iowa 111 7th Avenue SE Cedar Rapids, IA 52401
- Provide witness management assistance before, during, and after trials.
- Receive visitors, field phone calls, and respond to inquiries from fact witnesses.
- Arrange travel and reimbursements for fact witnesses.
- Notify fact witnesses of travel arrangements and court appearances.
- Coordinate with AUSAs regarding special circumstances and authorizations for witnesses.
- Prepare and submit travel and reimbursement documentation for witnesses.
- Meet and orient fact witnesses upon arrival at court or pre-trial conferences.
- Establish and maintain files, documents, and databases related to fact witness management.
- Track and manage witness appearances, hearings, and trial dates.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; undergraduate degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office technology.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- U.S. Citizenship.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to review and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Experience in scheduling appointments and managing case-related information.
- Capability to provide administrative information and assistance to other agencies or organizations.
