Responsibilities :
Assist in planning, designing, and improving business processes
Analyze and document client business requirements and processes
Communicate business requirements to technical teams through models and documentation
Develop and modify system requirements and documentation
Participate in client meetings to gather and document requirements
Execute and analyze system tests to ensure requirements are met
Support technical reviews and inspections to verify project changes
Skills / Qualifications :
Three or more years of business analysis experience
Experience with IT-business interface and business process re-engineering
Understanding of computer programming concepts and basic languages
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in business solutions software and personal computing
