Responsibilities:
- Apply patches and updates to the OMS system as required.
- Maintain, debug, and update critical applications while documenting deployment processes.
- Monitor, support, troubleshoot, and optimize both in-house and vendor applications.
- Manage code migrations across development, testing, and production environments.
- Provide 24x7 on-call support on a rotating schedule.
- Collaborate with technical teams to address server, permissions, and integration challenges.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and environmental safety regulations.
- Document issues and solutions in detail for future reference.
Skills/Qualifications:
Required:
- 4 7 years of experience in analysis, design, programming, and implementation of information systems.
- Expertise in Linux OS, Kornshell scripting, PL/SQL, and Oracle databases.
- Strong debugging skills, including the ability to trace log files effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with business and IT teams.
- Valid driver's license.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math/Science, or Engineering.
