- Manage and lead a team of FPGA engineers, including setting goals and career development.
- Drive project completion, ensuring delivery timelines and team performance metrics are met.
- Oversee and improve FPGA development processes.
- Develop cost estimates and schedules for FPGA projects.
- Manage budget and schedule for assigned development projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for FPGA design and verification in radio product development.
- Bachelor's degree and at least 9 years of FPGA/ASIC development experience (or 7 years with a graduate degree, or 13 years in lieu of a degree).
- Experience in VHDL/Verilog coding for synthesis.
- FPGA/ASIC verification using SystemVerilog.
- Knowledge of UVM/OVM verification methodologies.
- Experience in developing cryptographic security solutions for communication products.
