- Coordinate and initiate outreach activities in senior communities.
- Consistently meet monthly enrollment goals.
- Identify and collaborate with community organizations to generate leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior centers, assisted living facilities, and other partners.
- Develop and implement marketing plans to support enrollment objectives.
- Educate referral sources about WelbeHealth's services.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or healthcare administration preferred.
- DHCS training and exam as a marketing representative within 30 days of hire.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales and marketing experience, with at least 1 year in healthcare or senior care.
- Experience with Salesforce, Athena, or similar technology platforms.
