Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain business process maps, requirements, use cases, user stories, and technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues for the OnBoard Information System.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure reliable solutions and address deficiencies.
- Present project updates confidently to teams and stakeholders using strong communication skills.
- Apply Agile methodologies such as SCRUM or SAFe to improve project outcomes.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or related field, OR 4 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, BitBucket, and ServiceNow.
- Experience creating technical documentation and project lifecycle management artifacts.
- Strong knowledge of backend systems, computer platforms, and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications for project management and reporting.
