Summary :
This role combines project management and network engineering responsibilities, focusing on the successful execution of IT infrastructure projects and efficient implementation and maintenance of network technologies. The Project Manager will lead the lifecycle of projects while serving as a technical mentor and contributing to network system planning, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities : Project Management :
Manage the complete lifecycle of IT infrastructure projects, including scope, budget, and communication plans.
Develop project work plans, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources effectively.
Monitor project deliverables, budget, and resource usage, addressing issues as needed.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and represent organizational goals.
Conduct lessons-learned sessions and measure project success with defined metrics.
Network Engineering :
Provide technical support to maintain reliable operations of company information systems.
Troubleshoot complex network outages and recommend improvements to reliability and security.
Implement and maintain network technologies, including firewall, IDS / IPS, SD-WAN, and SASE.
Leverage knowledge of Cisco routing / switching and protocols like BGP, OSPF, and IPSEC.
Collaborate with IT and business teams, mentor staff, and lead process improvement initiatives.
Skills / Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
5 years of project management experience, with practical experience leading projects through all phases.
PMP certification preferred.
Strong technical skills in LAN / WAN operations, VoIP, cloud implementation, and Cisco technologies (NXOS, IOS).
Proficiency in network management tools and security technologies like firewalls, IDS / IPS, and DNS / DHCP.
Financial skills for managing operating and capital budgets.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with vendor migration initiatives and exposure to network segmentation and SD-WAN technologies
