Responsibilities :
Lead and manage software development projects focused on Java and Spring Boot applications.
Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders.
Oversee the software development lifecycle (SDLC) from planning to deployment.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Ensure smooth API integration, system design, and scalability for enterprise applications.
Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring milestones are met.
Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to align technical specifications with business needs.
Drive process improvements and compliance with DevOps and CI / CD best practices.
Skills / Qualifications :
5 years of experience in project management within software development.
Strong technical expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, RESTful APIs, and application development.
Experience with API management, system integrations, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban) and development tools (JIRA, Confluence, Git, Jenkins).
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI / CD pipelines.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Certifications such as PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, or SAFe are a plus.
Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, GraphQL, and NoSQL databases is preferred.
Prior experience in FinTech, Healthcare, or Enterprise Applications is advantageous
