As an HR Generalist, you will oversee a wide range of HR functions, including full-cycle recruitment and onboarding, maintaining and updating HRIS systems, managing employee files and information, coordinating with accounting for compensation and payroll accuracy, performance management, benefit administration, ensuring compliance with federal and state laws, and any other duties as assigned by the Director of Operations.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field, along with at least five years of experience in HR or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong attention to detail, the ability to maintain confidentiality, and effective communication skills are essential.
