Job Description
Job Title : Electrophysiology Lab Cardiovascular Radiologic Technologist
Job Specialty : Cath Lab Tech
Job Duration : 13 weeks
Shift : Day 4x10-Hour (07 : 30 - 18 : 00)
Guaranteed Hours : Not specified
Experience : 2 years of Cath Lab experience
License : Current applicable state license preferred at time of submission
Certifications : BLS, ACLS
Must-Have : Current ARRT credential and 2 years of Cath Lab experience
Job Description :
- Operate fluoroscopy in the Cardiac Cath Lab.
- Monitor and scrub during procedures.
- Participate in unit development projects.
- Assist with supply and equipment management / stocking.
- May be cross-trained for EP procedures and support those cases.
- Potential training to assist in TAVR and TMVR procedures in the SOR Hybrid OR room.
- Call required on weeknights and weekends.
- PALS and pediatric experience preferred, but not required.
- No regular weekend shifts, only weekend call required.
Please ensure compliance documents are submitted one week prior to starting. Modules are completed pre-start and vary based on profession with an average of 2.25 hours for non-RNs. Candidates should be prepared to float within the hospital or to affiliate hospitals nearby.
