Key Responsibilities
- Financial Management : Oversee billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions.
- Resident Accounts : Assist residents and families with financial arrangements, including admissions paperwork, billing inquiries, and Medicaid / Medicare processes.
- Compliance : Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations, including HIPAA and reimbursement guidelines.
- Team Leadership : Manage and mentor office staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Reporting : Prepare and present financial and operational reports to the Administrator and other stakeholders.
- Customer Service : Act as a liaison for residents and families, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Medicare / Medicaid billing processes.
