Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Business Office Manager to lead our administrative and financial operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of our facility, supporting residents and their families, and contributing to the overall success of our mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Management : Oversee billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions.
• Resident Accounts : Assist residents and families with financial arrangements, including admissions paperwork, billing inquiries, and Medicaid / Medicare processes.
• Compliance : Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations, including HIPAA and reimbursement guidelines.
• Team Leadership : Manage and mentor office staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Reporting : Prepare and present financial and operational reports to the Administrator and other stakeholders.
• Customer Service : Act as a liaison for residents and families, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Medicare / Medicaid billing processes.
