What You’ll Do:
As an RN Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of resident care, leading your team to success and ensuring the highest standards are met. Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a liaison between families and the care team, addressing concerns and building trust.
- Developing, implementing, and updating personalized care plans for residents.
- Supervising and mentoring nursing staff to uphold exceptional care standards.

What We’re Looking For:
- Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure in PA.
- At least 1 years of experience in a healthcare facility or related setting.
- Strong knowledge of skilled nursing standards of care and best practices.
- Excellent critical thinking, communication, and leadership abilities.
