Oil States is currently looking for qualified candidates for the position of Housekeeping for our Tulsa, Oklahoma location in our organization, theHousekeeping has a critical and challenging role in helping achieve innovation and meeting our commitments.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Housekeeper is responsible for taking care of our facilities and carrying out cleaning and maintenance duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Cleans, stocks, and supplies designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.)
• Performs and documents routine inspection and maintenance activities.
• Carries out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects.
• Undertakes other duties and tasks that may be allocated that are appropriate to the job.
• Notifies management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.
• Stocks and maintain supply rooms.
• Cooperates with the rest of the staff.
• Practices safe work habits in accordance with OSHA Health and Safety expectations.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or Equivalency.
• 1 - 2 years of working experience as a cleaner/housekeeper.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize & multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Interpersonal skills and ability to interact with individuals at varying levels within the organization.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Ability to lift up-to 40 lbs.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Frequent bending, standing, walking, kneeling, reaching, and climbing
• Repetitive motion of finger, wrist, elbow, shoulder, or neck movement
• Hearing and speaking clearly
• Occasional lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Lifting from floor to waist
• Pushing/pulling forces up to/over 40 lbs.
• Reaching from shoulder level or below

WORK ENVIRONMENT/ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:

• Exposure to smoke/dust
• High noise level
• Bright environment or lighting

SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITION:

• This position is designated as a Safety Sensitive Position as defined by the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient Protection Act.
