We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Journey Planner to design and organize seamless travel experiences tailored to our clients' preferences and interests. As a Journey Planner, you will be responsible for crafting personalized itineraries, managing bookings, and ensuring that every aspect of the journey meets or exceeds client expectations. Key Responsibilities : Itinerary Development Plan and design customized travel itineraries that include transportation, accommodations, activities, and dining options. Research and incorporate unique experiences and hidden gems to enhance trips. Client Consultation Work closely with clients to understand their travel goals, preferences, and budgets. Provide professional advice on destinations, attractions, and travel logistics. Booking Management Handle all aspects of booking, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and tours. Ensure all reservations are confirmed and align with the client’s requirements. Travel Assistance Provide clients with travel documents, itineraries, and essential information about their destinations. Offer support for any last-minute changes or emergencies during the journey. Vendor Collaboration Build and maintain relationships with travel suppliers, tour operators, and local guides. Negotiate rates and secure exclusive offers for clients. Market Research Stay updated on travel trends, destination highlights, and industry developments. Recommend new destinations or experiences based on current trends. Requirements : Education : High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus). Experience : preffered, not required 1-3 years of experience in travel planning, customer service, or a related field. Familiarity with booking tools and travel management systems is preferred. Skills : Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional travel experiences.
