We are seeking a highly motivated Business Growth Specialist to join our team at OJB Landscape Architecture. This role will focus on driving business growth through effective marketing and sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive business growth and enhance our brand presence.
- Manage the proposal development process from prospect to interview, ensuring compliance with solicitation documents and timely delivery of final deliverables.
- Collaborate with the Pursuit Team to create strategically positioned and technically competent teams to win work.
- Maintain and develop relationships with consultants, technical advisors, and experts to support the Pursuit Team in creating winning proposals.
- Support lead tracking and marketing-related strategic decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years proposal and marketing experience in the design, engineering, and construction industry is required.
- Highly proficient in Adobe InDesign is required.
- CRM experience preferred with Vantage Point CRM a plus.
- Excellent planning and organization skills.
- Ability to write and translate technical information in various content styles.
