OJB Landscape Architecture seeks an experienced Proposal Development Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for managing all stages of the proposal development process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality proposals that meet client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and develop content, graphic design, and layout for proposals, ensuring compliance with solicitation documents and deadlines.
- Create persuasive and strategic messaging that resonates with clients and aligns with OJB's brand.
- Collaborate with the Pursuit Team to develop winning proposals that showcase OJB's expertise and capabilities.
- Maintain and develop relationships with consultants, technical advisors, and experts to support the Pursuit Team in creating winning proposals.
- Support lead tracking and marketing-related strategic decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years proposal and marketing experience in the design, engineering, and construction industry is required.
- Highly proficient in Adobe InDesign is required.
- CRM experience preferred with Vantage Point CRM a plus.
- Excellent planning and organization skills.
- Ability to write and translate technical information in various content styles.
