Key Responsibilities:
As a Dishwasher at Ojo Spa Resorts, your key responsibilities will include:
* Washing and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and equipment
* Operating the dishwashing machine using appropriate supplies and procedures
* Ensuring adequate supplies of dishes and utensils at all times
* Maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen floors and dishwashing area
You will be working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, where attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential. Previous restaurant or related experience is preferred, but not required. A high school diploma (or equivalent) and valid New Mexico Food Handler certification are required. Additionally, you must be able to work evenings, weekends, weekdays, and holidays, and be comfortable with frequent exposure to heat, steam, noise, and odors. You must also be able to stand for eight or more hours per day, sit, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb stairs, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds.
