Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team. They will provide high level support to the HR Director and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our agency.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct day-to-day administrative support to the HR Director.
- Support scheduling and organization of HR meetings, interviews, orientations, and trainings.
- Help track deadlines for projects, compliance requirements, and HR initiatives.
- Managing the front office acting as a central point of contact for internal and external inquiries to direct them appropriately.
- Process basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, record keeping, directing incoming calls and managing mail.
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive personnel and organizational information.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or a degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative, office assistant, or receptionist role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Proficient in word, excel and other relevant software.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
- This is a full-time position with competitive compensation based on experience.
