Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate engaging learning experiences for 3rd and 4th-grade students.
- Design and implement individualized learning plans to ensure academic progress.
- Monitor and assess students' learning and developmental milestones.
- Apply Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports to promote a constructive classroom environment.
- Actively participate in professional development and engage with Professional Learning Communities.
- Collaborate with parents, families, and community members to enhance student success.
- Uphold professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the building principal.
- A genuine passion for working with children and fostering their academic growth.
- Strong knowledge of effective educational practices aligned with the Montessori philosophy.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

- Valid Michigan Math EX Teaching Certification.

- Pay Scale: \(43,489 - \)61,951, determined by the Master Agreement.
