We are seeking a dedicated and passionate 7th & 8th Grade Montessori Science Teacher to join our vibrant educational community at Chippewa Middle School. Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the educational development of 3rd and 4th-grade students.
- Develop and implement tailored learning plans to ensure all students meet grade-level expectations.
- Monitor and assess student progress towards their academic and developmental goals.
- Employ Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports to enhance classroom learning.
- Engage in continuous professional development and collaborative learning through Professional Learning Communities.
- Maintain open communication and partnership with parents, families, and community stakeholders.
- Uphold a high standard of professionalism in all interactions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the building principal.
- Demonstrated passion for working with students and a commitment to their educational success.
- Strong understanding of pedagogical approaches aligned with the Montessori philosophy.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.

- Comprehensive knowledge of content relevant for 3rd and 4th-grade education.
- Michigan Math DX, DI Teaching Certification is required.

- Salary range determined by the Master Agreement: \(43,489 - \)61,951.
