As a Beverage Cart Server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our guests while operating a beverage cart on the golf course. This includes selling food and beverages, coordinating with the Food & Beverage Manager, and maintaining effective communication with staff members. Key qualifications include excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. Additionally, you must be able to lift 50 pounds occasionally and maintain a clean and orderly appearance. A High School diploma or equivalent is required, with related experience preferred.

Salary and Benefits
The hourly rate for this position is $16.66 per hour, with opportunities to earn tips in addition to regular pay. Eligible for overtime. Our comprehensive benefits package includes golf benefits for free play, guest passes, and visits to all 8 Oki courses, as well as 50% discount on shift meals and 25% discount for self and up to four guests (excluding alcoholic beverages).
Work Environment
The work environment for this position involves standing for long periods, walking, and lifting moderate weights. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to work outdoors in various weather conditions. - Maintain effective communication between staff members.
- Lead by example, setting a benchmark of performance in innovation, motivation, and engagement.
