Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Salary: Competitive salary based on education and/or experience and $500 bonus after 6 months and $1,000 bonus after 1 year!

Days: Monday through Friday
Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (may include some early mornings or late evenings)
Position:
The Logistics Specialist will be responsible for client communications and ensuring on time delivery of all products and services ordered by clients. In addition, the position will interface between the client and the organization to ensure timely response and delivery of customer requests.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, works well with others
- Self-motivated
- Experience in managing large supply or product inventories
- Strong knowledge of computers and use of Windows programs
- Familiarity with order management systems/software like Salesforce
- Able to stand or walk for long periods of time
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- Good manual dexterity
- Willingness to travel to client locations or other OBI facilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of any data or test results
- Laboratory experience a plus
- Phlebotomy experience a plus
Primary Responsibilities:
- Monitor incoming emails and phone calls from clients, obtain the requested information, and return to the client in a timely manner. Attach all items sent to and received from the client to the appropriate Salesforce work order.
- Use Salesforce work orders to ensure all orders for clients are completed and delivered on time.
- Notify clients of any delays in providing products or services and keep them updated on the expected completion date.
- Ensure all documents, including COAs, test results, demographics, and shipping documents, are sent to clients in a timely manner.
- Monitor the re-entry testing log and communicate with screeners to schedule needed visits and testing.
- Coordinate and schedule shipments with external courier services
