What You’ll Do:
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Schedule and coordinate imaging procedures for patients
Verify patient information, insurance benefits, and authorizations
Inform patients of estimated out-of-pocket expenses
Assist with front desk duties and answer phone calls professionally
Maintain organized patient records and ensure accurate scheduling
Work closely with physicians, patients, and insurance companies to ensure a seamless experience
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working with computers and scheduling software
A positive attitude and a team player
