- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
- Schedule and coordinate imaging procedures for patients
- Verify patient information, insurance benefits, and authorizations
- Inform patients of estimated out-of-pocket expenses
- Assist with front desk duties and answer phone calls professionally
- Maintain organized patient records and ensure accurate scheduling
- Work closely with physicians, patients, and insurance companies to ensure a seamless experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with computers and scheduling software
- A positive attitude and a team player
