- Leadership and coordination in Take Flight activities
- Mentoring for students of concern is handled through our Lighthouse program.
- Focus on students growing spiritually, academically, and socially.
- Serve as a mentor for students and a liaison between students and the university.
- Develop and implement new initiatives that improve the student experience at OC.
- Helps freshmen students connect to the campus through activities and relationships.
- Coordinate and manage social media resources.
- Coordinate and promote events organized by Student Life.
- Work with the Student Success office to help with academic support.
- Be present and active on campus, including evening hours.
- Be present at chapel when it is offered.
- Look for opportunities that would better include any underrepresented group in our campus organizations.
- Verbal communication with students, faculty, and staff, both with individuals and in large group settings
- Written communication on various topics
