Programs Field Representative
Preferred Minimum Qualifications
- A master’s degree and three years of professional experience in social work, child support, adult protective services, child welfare, early childhood development and education, guidance and counseling, nursing, intellectual disability, probation and parole, public administration, community-based prevention and diversionary youth services programs, juvenile justice, rehabilitation counseling, vocational evaluation or vocational rehabilitation;
- OR an equivalent combination and experience, substituting 1 additional year of qualifying experience for each year of the required education

The primary duty of this position is to support the MSU Professional Development Training initiatives through effective communication of policy, procedures, and processes. Specifically, the position will be responsible for:
- Project Management - Manage assigned projects through research, defining objectives and anticipated outcomes, setting goals and strategies, and maintaining documentation of progress.
- Curriculum Development – Create, development, facilitate, and present information to educate internal staff, Provider staff, and community stakeholders
- Effective Communication – Develop and maintain information availability through venues such as the website, publications, and the Harmony Library site
- Networking - Represent the ADvantage Program at agency and community events through development and strengthening of positive relationships with other agencies and community resources
