Central Oklahoma Community Mental Health Center (COCMHC), Norman, OK is currently recruiting for a Lead Recovery Support Specialist to join their Adult Outpatient team. This position provides casework services to all levels of difficulty and complexity and is designated as a lead, acting as a mentor to other RSS’. Provides advise and in-house training on peer services, wellness, and recovery. It also performs a wide range of tasks to assist our facility consumers in regaining control of their lives and recovery processes. This position requires that the applicant possess the skills to maintain a high level of professionalism, ethics, and interactions with all ODMHSAS staff and consumers.

Job Type/Salary:

  • Full-time position 
  • Salary: $40,000.00 ($19.23 hourly) plus benefits!
  • FLSA Status: Nonexempt
  • Number of Vacancies: One (1)

Minimum Qualifications and Experience: 

  • High School Diploma or GED with 4 years of PRSS experience and is a current Certified Recovery Support Specialist.
