Administrative Assistant
About the Position: The incumbent chosen for this position will play a vital role in supporting projects related to medication or clinical safety by performing administrative, professional, and highly technical duties to ensure the success of these critical initiatives. This individual will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The position will office at Griffin Memorial Hospital in Norman and will also work closely with all 11 facilities, contributing to system-wide safety and efficiency improvements.

- Level II Education and Experience requirements at this level consist of a bachelor’s degree plus two years of technical clerical, secretarial, or general office work, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Level IV Education and Experience requirements at this level consist of a bachelor’s degree plus three years of technical clerical, secretarial, or general office work, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
