We offer competitive compensation including base commission bonus. This is an individual contributor position with no direct reports.

Responsibilities:- Keep a list of important clients up to date to ensure the ongoing development of relationships
- Determine ways to motivate the sales team so they consistently meet and exceed sales goals and profit margins monthly, quarterly, and annually
- Assess the performance of specific properties in your area and develop sales plans and goals that are in line with the broader brand goals
- Increase new business and accelerate revenue generation by cold calling, on-site visits, and sales tours, as well as engaging your local community network
- Identify new business leads by examining local market trends and competition activities
- Must have previous sales experience working in the hospitality industry
- At least 3 years of experience in sales management or a leadership role in the sales department, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Outstanding organizational skills and time management
- High school diploma or GED, and bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
- Demonstrated exceptional social, verbal, and negotiating abilities
- Proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding sales volume and quota
- Understands how to communicate, negotiate, and network effectively
- Motivated individual based on merit, praise, and ability to move income quickly
- Disciplined time management skills and time blocking are a must
- High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to maintain a Property/Casualty Insurance License
