Travel is Occasional: Must possess a valid driver's license and must maintain required care insurance.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A master's degree and two years of professional experience
- OR a bachelor's degree and three years of professional experience.
- OR an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of professional-level experience in the above-listed areas for each year of the required education
*No substitution will be allowed for the required professional supervisory, managerial, consultative, or administrative experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- This position supervises the major child support collection process of CSS, including Federal income tax offset, state income tax offset, bank levies, unemployment offsets, liens on Workers Compensation or personal injury recoveries and others.
- This position also manages the CSS centralized special case unit in CSS state office. This includes child support cases connected to Bankruptcy, AFS long term care clients, Multi-Family modifications, Review and modification of TANF recipient cases, Notice of Payment increases, Continuation of Support, Special handling Paternity cases, and interactions with the Oklahoma Health Department related to paternity Orders.
