Job Description:
OPTC is looking for an upbeat and professional Medical Receptionist/Patient Intake Specialist. This person will work in our N. Oklahoma City Location and have direct contact with families/day to day check ins at the front counter. This person will be in charge of checking in patients, collecting payments, answering phone calls and assisting the office manager with other needed administrative duties.
Must be present in our N. OKC office location.
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday 8:00a-5:30pm
Friday 7:30a-1:00p
Responsibilities:
- Answer questions/ have general knowledge of the company to help families
- Work with staff to ensure that the office operates smoothly and effectively.
- Be able to operate our EMR system and use Excel effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
