This position is a key infrastructure position within the Healthcare Administration graduate program. The position provides support to new and continuing students, staff, and faculty on policies and procedures for application, matriculation, and engagement within the School of Healthcare Administration. The position also manages all the program documents as well as the application, admission, and enrollment for the Doctorate of Healthcare Administration students and other HCA graduate students as needed.
Environmental Hazards: Typical Office Environment
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry 8-10 pounds, stoop, reach, stand, walk, finger, grasp, feel, talk, hear, see, and perform repetitive motions with or without reasonable accommodations.

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in an academic department within higher education or comparable experience in a similar role is necessary.
- Effective communication is essential, along with outstanding interpersonal abilities and the capacity to manage various tasks efficiently.
- The ability to communicate clearly is vital, complemented by strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in multitasking.
- Proficient communication is important, as are exceptional interpersonal skills and the talent for juggling multiple responsibilities successfully.
- Master's Degree in Health Care Administration or a related field.
