Position Qualifications:
Required
- High School Diploma/GED
- 2 years customer service related experience or relevant library experience
- Responsible Administrative, accounting, budget, customer service, problem solving, and data entry/computer software or equivalent in a comparable environment.
- Associates or Bachelors
- Library Experience and/or Knowledge or familiarity in circulation and the academic user experience
- R esponsible administrative, budget tracking, accounting, customer service, problem solving, and data entry/computer software experience or equivalent in a comparable environment. Previous experience in a non-profit, library or educational institution is preferred. Experience with administrative functions such as email correspondence, typing, filing, taking minutes, and event management.
- 50 wpm typing
- Ten key pad
- Knowledge of general business office procedures
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task
