The successful candidate will lead and manage the Financial Services Team as they and their staff provide financial services and complete financial related processes and tasks for specific units and departments assigned. This individual will compile, interpret, and report financial data for the departments they serve. The successful candidate will advise the Department Heads, faculty members, and staff on the status of departmental accounts. This individual will assist the Department Heads with budget development and control. The successful candidate will work closely and effectively with faculty, staff, students, other Financial Services Team Managers, and staff, and other Financial and Operations areas within the Ag Finance and Business Operations area.

Position Qualifications:
Required Qualifications: Bachelors' in Accounting or related field with five years related experience.
The candidate must be able to use Excel, Microsoft Word and learn both QuickBooks and the OSU financial system. This individual will interact daily with staff, faculty, and Department Heads of the units/departments they provide financial services to. The successful candidate will work daily with OSU Ag financial personnel in Ag Hall and university personnel in Accounting and Purchasing. This individual will have regular contact with outside vendors.
Preferred Qualifications: Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
