Work Schedule:
Position is primarily 8:00-5:00, Monday through Friday. Evenings and weekends may be required.

Job Summary:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Independently managing assigned projects and activities including budgets and logistics.
- Managing calendars and set up meetings,
- Preparing correspondence,
- Researching and responding to inquires,
- Managing classroom scheduling in the Business Building.
- Managing assigned financial accounts.
- Event Planning
This position also provides support to other Administrators, as needed, in the absence of their primary support person.

Education & Experience
Position Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
High School/GED
Seven years related professional experience.
Post-secondary education may be substituted for experience.
Proficient with Microsoft programs (Excel, Word and Powerpoint).
Ability to present a calm, welcoming demeanor to all visitors.
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to compose error-free correspondence.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to prioritize and manage activities with competing deadlines.
Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgement.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Business or related field.
Three to five years experience in higher education.
Prior experience with Banner Student.
