Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education / Coaching or related field
Three years high school, collegiate or professional football.
Acquire after hire : NCAA Coaches Certification Recruiting Test. Test given at OSU periodically.
Excellent managerial abilities; ability to manage multiple work priorities simultaneously; ability to work in a highly self-motivated manner and motivate others.
Preferred Qualifications :
Master's Degree in Physical Education / Coaching or related field.
NCAA Division I A or NFL experience.
