What are the responsibilities and job description for the Communications Coordinator position at Oklahoma State University?
The Communications Coordinator works closely with the Marketing and Communications director and other team members to advance the College of Education and Human Sciences’ strategic marketing and communications goals. A strong writer and editor, the coordinator manages regular news and feature content for college communications, including the website, digital newsletters and more. The role serves as project leader/editor for Aspire, the annual college magazine, and contributes to website strategy and content creation. The coordinator is a strategic communicator who contributes in developing marketing materials, advertisements and other key communications pieces.

Position Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in strategic communications, journalism, public relations, marketing or related field.
Three years of experience in publications, news media, or another closely related field.
Excellent writing and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Seven (7) years of experience in strategic communications, journalism, public relations, marketing or related field.
Salary : $41,000 - $58,000
