Job Summary:
This position reports to the Provost and Senior Vice President and is a member of the leadership team for the Division of Academic Affairs. This individual is responsible for the management, coordination, supervision and evaluation of all fiscal, budget management and human resources activities for the Division and all departments that fall within that purview. This role is key to ensuring the Division operates efficiently and effectively and contributes to the strategic goals of Oklahoma State University.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business administration, accounting, finance or related degree.
Ten years of closely related and progressively responsible experience.
~Applicable knowledge of budgeting, financial planning and reporting in higher education or similar organizations.
~Proven leadership skills with demonstrated management, organizational skills and decision-making abilities; ability to foster collaborative working relationships with colleagues.
~Ability to initiate and manage multiple tasks, prioritize in a fast-paced environment and work independently.
~Knowledge in human resources, university policies and federal mandates affecting employment.
~Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and attention to detail.
~Demonstrated proficiency with fiscal management software and enterprise systems, such as Banner, Cornerstone, Chrome River, and similar software systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in MBA, accounting, finance or related degree.
Twelve years experience with progressive levels of responsibility.
Experience in higher education fiscal administration.
Experience handling personnel matters.
Experience in project management.
