What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Manager, CBPS position at Oklahoma State University?
The OSU Community Wellness Program’s Community Based Prevention Services (CBPS) Program Manager will supervise CBPS Grant Coordinators and provide oversight of the day-to-day operation of the CBPS projects. The Program Manager will supervise the Kay Marijuana Coordinator, Kay Alcohol Coordinator, Pawnee Opioid Coordinator, and Payne Alcohol Coordinator. The Program Manager will be lead on CBPS Kay Stimulant grant as well as provide guidance and oversight to Coordinators to assure efficient and effective progression toward completing program outcomes and grant reporting. Will assure compliance with all required reporting. Attend all required trainings and workshops. Program Manager will lead Coordinators in budget development, workplan development and implementation, and be the lead point of contact with ODMHSAS funding agency. The Program Manager must be able to work within a team environment and independently. Additionally, Program Manager will ensure all CBPS reporting and grant requirement are being met. Program Manager will demonstrate effectiveness in developing and confirming policies and procedures; supports organizational commitments and goals, completes tasks in line with established budgets and schedules. They will maintain complete, accurate, and current records and submits all required reports in a timely and efficient manner.
