What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Manager PRISM position at Oklahoma State University?
The OSU Community Wellness Program’s Prevention Research, Implementation Science, and Measurement (PRISM) Program Manager will guide the day-to-day operation of the PRISM Hub project. These duties will include but are not limited to supervision of the PRISM Data Analyst and lead data collection and reporting for PRISM Program located in Payne County. The Program Manager must be able to work within a team environment and independently. Additionally, Program Manager will serve as the lead contact for all PRISM Data Dashboard contracts and partnership agreements and ensure all PRISM reporting and grant requirement are being met. Program Manager will demonstrate effectiveness in developing and confirming policies and procedures; supports organizational commitments and goals, completes tasks in line with established budgets and schedules. Maintains complete, accurate, and current records. Submits all required reports in a timely and efficient manner.
Both in-state and out-of-state travel may be necessary to provide and / or receive training and technical assistance related to digital accessibility. Typical work hours fall between Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., but some evening and weekend hours may be required. Position may be eligible for a fully remote, or hybrid work schedule (minimum of 1 day of a 5-day work week). However, any offer is contingent upon approval by University Human Resources in consideration of OSU policies, labor laws, and suitability to the work of the position / department.
