GENERAL SUMMARY : Assists in the Student Union cafeteria to provide meals to students, employees and public; and provide catering services for on and off campus functions.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Responsible for the setup, preparation, and execution of catering functions on and off campus.
- Assist in maintaining the dish room,, operating dishwashing machines, and restocking dishes in the proper areas.
- Provide customer service in dining area, including dining area sanitation.
- Assists with cooking, food preparation, and serving as assigned.
- Assist with stocking and cleaning of food service and prep areas.
- Run and balance register when necessary.
- Other duties as assigned.
