OklaHomes Realty Inc is a local, family-owned real estate company serving the Rogers County and surrounding areas for more than 30 years. We are currently searching for an administrative assistant that will perform various tasks related to the daily operations of a busy full-service real estate firm. Tasks would include general office support, data entry, filing, scheduling, answering phones, creating marketing material, managing social media platforms, placing orders for supplies and more. The administrative assistant will work effectively with the Broker, property manager and the licensed agents. Proficient in social media marketing, Canva, Word, and Excel a plus. Applicants must be dependable, self-motivated, be able to handle multiple projects and have strong organizational skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
