The Corporate Development Team
Okta’s Corporate Development team plays a critical role in enabling Okta’s growth through the thoughtful ideation and execution of corporate strategy, M&A, technology partnerships, external investments, and strategic programs. Sitting underneath the Corporate Development umbrella, our M&A Integration & Strategic Programs team is responsible for end-to-end incubation, governance and execution of Okta’s most strategic, multi-year cross-functional programs and acquisition integrations.
Senior Analyst, M&A Integration & Strategic Programs Role Description
Okta’s Corporate Development team plays a critical role in enabling Okta’s growth through the thoughtful ideation and execution of corporate strategy, M&A, technology partnerships, external investments, and strategic programs. The M&A Integration & Strategic Programs team is a small team of high performing individuals who pride themselves in creating an outsized impact on the company by owning the end-to-end incubation, governance and execution of Okta’s most strategic, multi-year cross-functional programs and acquisition integrations.
As a Senior Analyst, M&A Integration & Strategic Programs, you will play a hands-on role in supporting and executing key growth initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive program execution, track deliverables, and provide critical insights to ensure strategic initiatives achieve their goals.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive problem solver with a proven track record of driving complex cross-functional projects while maintaining an efficient plan, tracking issues, and proactively communicating progress against program milestones. This person will also need to be adept at building close working relationships and quickly establishing personal credibility across the organization. Given the extremely cross-functional nature of the role, the ability to communicate and work collaboratively with a variety of teams and personalities is essential.
This role is a hybrid role based out of San Francisco, CA or Washington, DC.
What you’ll be doing
- Support and execute strategic cross-functional initiatives and acquisition integrations, ensuring operational readiness and alignment across teams.
- Drive program execution by developing detailed plans, tracking milestones, and proactively addressing challenges.
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment sessions across a diverse set of groups / organizations including Corporate Development, functional SMEs and executive leadership.
- Monitor program status and rapidly identify issues / risks. Succinctly communicate issues to relevant stakeholders and proactively collaborate to ensure timely resolution.
- Own tracking and reporting of critical activities for internal consumption across the program team, C-Level leadership and Board of Directors.
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional meetings. Ensure documentation and communication of decisions / actions to relevant stakeholders.
- Document learnings and use them to update team playbooks, templates, and best practices.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis as needed in support of strategic initiatives.

Below is the annual base salary range for candidates located in California, Colorado, New York and Washington. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies. The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, New York, and Washington is between : $120,000—$180,000 USD The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in the San Francisco Bay area is between : $134,000—$202,000 USD
