IT Support AnalystOktana is a custom software development company specializing in Salesforce technologies.
We challenge the traditional consulting model by building a solid connection between our customers and team. With 200 technologists across Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, and the U.S., we continue to grow.
We seek an experienced IT & Operations Support Analyst to support our US office and work with an international team.
This is a part-time position based in our office in downtown Charleston, West Virginia. This is not a remote position.
You will:
- Join a team of IT partners across each of our offices to deliver on long-term projects
- Act as the day-to-day IT partner to our US team of 20
- Maintain our hardware inventory in the US and periodically manage shipments to our other offices
- Manage the physical operations of our West Virginia office by ensuring it is kept orderly and secure
- Manage the daily mail received to our West Virginia office
Requirements
- A proactive attitude
- Experience in IT end-user support
- Formal training on network infrastructure and telecommunications
- Ability to maintain and repair hardware (e.g. laptops)
Nice to Have
- A degree in application development, systems, testing, computer engineering, telecommunications, computer science or robotics
- Configuration of Linux Servers (optional)
- MacOS (optional)
- Cybersecurity (optional)
- Documentation and Reporting (optional)
- Knowledge in handling Fortigate Firewalls (optional)
